Missing Lesson is AI-powered self-improvement software. You chat with an AI coach about your situation; it answers, remembers what you tell it, and can analyse chat exports you choose to share. It is operated by Missing Lesson (contact below). You must be 18 or older to use it.
It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or any professional service, and no human coaching is sold here. The replies are generated by AI software: they can be wrong, and what you do with them is your decision and your responsibility. Sign-in is via Google or a guest session. How your data is stored, who processes it, and how to delete it are covered in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Purchases are processed by Polar.sh, acting as merchant of record — Polar is the seller on your receipt and handles payment, applicable taxes, and refund processing. The Coach plan renews automatically each month until you cancel; cancel anytime and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Every plan has a generous daily message limit so one account cannot run up the service's costs. Automated scraping, reselling access, probing the software's internals, or using the service for anything unlawful gets an account closed.
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for anything arising from the service is capped at what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
We can update these terms; material changes are announced in the product, and continuing to use it means accepting them. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time; we can suspend accounts that break these terms.
