Refund Policy

The rule

If you paid and it did not deliver, you get your money back. No interrogation, no retention script.

Specifically

• First charge: within 14 days of your first subscription payment, for any reason — email and it is refunded.
• Renewals: cancel anytime to stop future charges. If a renewal caught you by surprise, email within 7 days of the charge and we refund it.

How

Email hello@missinglesson.com from the account's address, or reply to your Polar receipt — Polar.sh processes payments for us and can action refunds directly. Money is usually back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Deleting your account

Refund or not, you can delete your data at any time — see the privacy policy.
